Orange Is The New Black‘s Ruby Rose continues to melt our insides by merely just existing. The actress spent her 30th birthday volunteering at the 519 community centre in Toronto.
“During her visit Ruby prepared and served food for the Sunday Drop-In, visited our Youth program, and walked through the AIDS memorial,” The 519 posted on their Facebook page, “Ruby said that if she couldn’t be home with friends and family for her birthday, she wanted to spend it with her community.”
The 519 is located in Toronto’s gaybourhood and creates space for change and serves the local LGBTQ+ community well through programs and services.
She even posted about this on her own Instagram:
Aurgh, we love her. We hope she had the happiest birthday of life!
