One month ago I joined the modern age of dating and downloaded Tinder, an app that simultaneously gives me faith in the male species while also pushing me to denounce my attraction to them once and for all. Over my four-week experience as a hetero feminist looking for more than just a fling, I’ve swiped left more than I have right, but not always because of a man’s physical appearance. It seems many of the Toronto-based men on Tinder didn’t get the memo about the basics of social etiquette that apply to the realm of technology.
